Payment & Delivery

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

Delivery In Europe
Free shipping - on purchases over €20
We will send your item by registered mail (Postnord). This is delivered directly to your mailbox but cannot be tracked.

Invoice
When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and always pay after you receive your goods.

• Always receive the product before paying
• Payment period - always at least 14 days
• You never need to give out card details
• Always a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act
• Download your invoices from klarna.se
• Possibility of partial payment

Payment terms
The credit period for this purchase is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent in connection with the delivery. In accordance with the agreement with the e-shop, an invoice fee of SEK 0 is charged.

A reminder fee is added in case of non-payment. If you shopped for less than SEK 60.00, SEK 29.00 is added, and if you shopped for SEK 60.00 or more, SEK 60.00 is added in reminder fee. A late payment interest of 24.00% plus applicable reference interest is also added. If no payment is subsequently made, the claim may then be handed over for collection processing, where additional collection costs may be incurred.

Credit check
At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post.

Conversion of invoice into a flexible installment payment
When you have received your invoice, instead of paying the entire invoice at once, you may be offered to pay a lower amount and thus apply to convert your invoice into a flexible instalment. This means that you pay at your own pace with at least SEK 50 per month. The effective interest rate for a purchase of SEK 10,000, SEK 29 in monthly administrative fee, 19.90% in variable interest and payment over 12 months is 29.22%. Each installment will then be SEK 955 per month and your total cost will be SEK 11,458.

Partial payment

You can choose to pay at your own pace or pay a fixed amount per month. When you pay in installments with Klarna, the following always applies:

• You receive the item before you pay

• You collect all your purchases on one monthly invoice

• You pay at your own pace or a fixed amount per month

Account - pay at your own pace.

You pay any amount per month. The minimum amount you can pay is 1/24 of the amount remaining and no less than SEK 50 each month. You can when you want to pay the entire remaining amount. An administration fee of SEK 29 is added to the invoice.

Example: For a purchase of SEK 10,000, the set-up fee is SEK 0. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of partial payments is 12 and each partial amount is SEK 955. The example assumes that installments are made over a period of one year.

Fixed installment payment
Fixed installment payment from Klarna means that you divide your payment into 6, 12 or 24 months (and at some stores up to 36 months). You know from the start what your monthly cost will be - and you know when you have finished paying.

In the case of fixed installments, the interest cost is calculated on the total outstanding amount, which means that the monthly cost will be higher in the first month and lower in the last month.

At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post.

If you have any further questions or concerns, you are welcome to call Klarna on 08- 120 120 10 Mon-Thurs between 08.00 - 20.00, Fridays 08.00-18.00 and weekends 10.00 - 17.00.

When you complete a purchase via Klarna Checkout, you and Klarna enter into an agreement where Klarna, among other things, guarantees that you do not have to pay if you do not receive your goods. At the same time, Klarna reimburses the store for what you bought and thus takes over the right to get paid. Regardless of which payment method you choose, your payment will therefore go towards settling the claim Klarna has.

Usage, PIN code

Klarna is the holder of all rights to Klarna Checkout. As a user, you may only use the service in the intended manner to make purchases, until further notice and in accordance with the current Terms and Conditions.
